WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are strengthening our team and are looking for a Sales Account Manager (m/f/d) for South West France who will shape the future of FOCUS with us. Your future working environment could hardly be more exciting. The bicycle market is in an enormous upswing. In your role as Sales Account Manager (m/f/d) you will shape this development together with us. You will build long-term, trusting partnerships in our dealer network to strengthen both the FOCUS brand and our partners for the future.

This includes the intensive support of our existing dealer network as well as its expansion based on our network analysis. You will also be responsible for achieving defined KPIs and budgets. 

By organizing dealer events, you will bring our brand to life for our partners and end customers and will be in close contact with product management and the country manager.

You will be responsible for the region 09, 11, 12, 19, 20 (2A-2B), 24, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 40, 46, 47, 64, 65, 66, 81, 82.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed commercial vocational training or other comparable training, e.g. bicycle mechatronics technician 
  • Professional experience in sales, ideally in the cycling industry 
  • Deep knowledge of the local market, network and cycling culture, ideally you have already established a dealer network 
  • Confident attitude, assertiveness, negotiation skills and the ability to communicate at eye level with our partners
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with a getting it done mentality
  • Process and improvement oriented while pursuing long term solutions
  • Well-developed negotiation skills and good command of English
  • Ability to work in a team and the self-conception to make your contribution to the entire FOCUS team
  • Passion for cycling
  • High willingness to travel
