As Brand Manager Activation E-MTB (all genders) at our location in Stuttgart., you’ll play a key role in positioning our E-Mountainbike category strategically and bringing it to life across all relevant touchpoints.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a long-term activation strategy for our E-MTB category throughout the entire product lifecycle – in alignment with our global brand strategy
  • Conceptualize and execute campaigns, events and community formats that bring our brand to life
  • Collaborate strategically with athletes, influencers, media partners and local communities to strengthen our presence in the E-MTB world
  • Develop and manage creative, cross-channel content campaigns in close coordination with the Creation and Social Media teams
  • Analyze target audiences, monitor market trends and track performance metrics to continuously optimize our initiatives
  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales and external partners to ensure consistent and effective activation at all touchpoints

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing
  • Ideally, a background in the bike, outdoor or sports industry – or a strong personal connection to the E-MTB scene
  • Solid experience in online and offline brand activation, community building and events
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing impactful campaigns
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect long-term vision with short-term actions
  • Skilled in working with media, influencers, agencies and external partners
  • A proactive self-starter with a hands-on mentality, structured work style, excellent
  • communication skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
